We wanted to keep you updated and share with you the steps 360Edge is taking in response to the current COVID-19 pandemic, and how we will continue to collaborate smoothly.

Business as usual

With the Australian, State and Territory governments implementing important measures to respond to the rapidly changing coronavirus situation, the team at 360Edge are well placed to continue business as usual, with a few adjustments.

As you may be aware, we are a fully remote team. We have team members in Victoria, NSW and Queensland. We have been working this way for the last 10 years. Our entire team is well set up for remote work, so we are continuing with our evaluation, program development, and policy advisory work, with some additional precautions.

We have suspended or postponed non-essential air travel for our team so all interstate stakeholder consultations and meetings will be held via video or teleconference, or postponed if needed. We have well-tested video conferencing facilities already in operation.

New interactive online workshops

We have moved our upcoming training to interactive online workshops, which are open for registration. We’re excited to be able to offer this option and plan to keep these running alongside our traditional face to face training after restrictions have been lifted so that people located in regional areas, interstate and even those overseas can benefit from our top-rated workshops from home!

Meanwhile, we will continue to stay updated with the guidance from Australian health authorities, to ensure we maintain the safest environment going forward.

How can we support you?
We understand that this period will be a challenging time for many organisations, and we will continue to offer our ongoing support in any way we can. One thing is for sure: although your strategy may need to adapt, there is still plenty of opportunity for you and your organisation to keep moving forward during this period of uncertainty.

We are working closely with our existing clients who are using this as an opportunity to take stock and reassess how current initiatives might need to be adapted. We are also working with some to ensure their services are adequately equipped now and into the future through rapid review of programs and services, and advice about whether the right polices and support structures are in place, so that they can continue to provide the best possible services to their clients.

We want to thank all of our clients and partners for their continued support of us and assure you that 360Edge is committed to supporting you in any way we can. In times like this, it’s important to stay united and connected with each other, and we want to be there for anyone who who needs our support to get through this difficult period.
