In 2021, 360Edge partnered with BHP Minerals to support their introduction of a new alcohol management policy. BHP's policy was revised to reduce the risk of harms associated with alcohol use and bring company alcohol use in line with National Health and Medical Research Council guidelines. 360Edge provided expert advice during the policy review process, then developed a range of education materials for BHP. We developed an eLearning module that provided clear guidance on the new policy and its application across the organisation. We also developed a series of promotional assets aimed at improving understandings of alcohol risks and the benefits of low risk alcohol use, and supporting the BHP workforce to make positive changes to their alcohol use behaviour.
