Sunrise Way approached 360Edge to undertake a comprehensive review of their clinical programs. This work included document analysis, stakeholder consultations and the  development of a report that included recommendations for clinical program improvements. Based on the recommendations of this initial work we were contracted to develop an evidence based best practice model of care for the programs.
