Bring effective mindful practice to your client work and boost your own mindfulness practice. Mindfulness based relapse prevention (MBRP) integrates mindfulness and more traditional relapse prevention approaches to help clients gain an awareness of their triggers and reactions and improve their ability to choose to respond purposefully rather than automatically.
