Become a more effective practitioner by learning how to blend and move between two key evidence based approaches: MI and CBT. In this workshop, we explore frameworks and key elements of these two approaches and help you combine them in your practice.

This is a specialist skills workshop suitable for experienced and advanced practitioners and assumes basic knowledge of MI and CBT. We recommend you do our essential skills MI and CBT workshops before attending this workshop. This workshop is suitable for workers in clinical settings.
