We now know that poor sleep contributes to a range of other physical and mental health problems, as well as low resilience and low motivation. But some simple strategies can help your clients to have a good night and sleep tight. Join Dr Moira Junge, our sleep specialist, in this fascinating and practical workshop to help you help your clients sleep better. Gain an understanding of the biopsychosocial processes involved in sleep/wakefulness and common sleep disorders. Your clinical practice will be better informed by this online interactive workshop.
