Discovery Package - Understand your alcohol and other drug prevention needs (from $5,000)

Not sure where to start? We can undertake a needs analysis based on our extensive knowledge of Victorian drug use in young people, review your existing policies and resources and make recommendations that will provide you with a solid road map to implement truly effective drug education in your school now and for the future.

Delivery Package 1 - Ensure your teachers and parents have everything they need to support their students (from $3,000)

Delivery Package 1a offers you our expert facilitators, among Australia's foremost authorities in alcohol and other drug responses, for teacher and staff training. We offer face to face, video conference or self-paced online staff training modules.

Delivery Package 1b offers the latest scientific information and advice on drugs and young people designed specifically for parents. We offer face to face and videoconference sessions for parent nights or other events, delivered by our engaging and internationally renowned experts.

Development Package - Get expert support to implement effective alcohol and other drug prevention (from $7,000)

Development Package is for school executives and offers a collaboratively designed and detailed implementation plan and a new policy roadmap for your school. We offer guidance and support for implementation as long as you need it. Our team are international experts in alcohol and other drug program implementation.

Delivery Package 2 - Get access to Australia's most effective school based drug prevention programs (from $10 per student)

We partner with the Matilda Centre at the University of Sydney to deliver their world's best practice programs backed by more than a decade of scientific research that shows they are effective. We offer three key programs
• OurFutures: Online modules for high school students
• The Illicit Project: A neuroscience-based online program for older adolescents
• Preventure: Delivered face to face by trained school staff for high-risk kids

Professor Nicole Lee, Founder and CEO

Dr Nicole is well known across the globe for her expertise in policy and practice translation. Her knowledge and expertise on Australia's methamphetamine problems is second to none. With her unique background in clinical services, academia, teaching, and management, her policy advice is sought after by Australian and international governments, and major organisations like the WHO and the UNODC. Not your typical academic, her surprising but informative presentation style bridges that gap between research to practice to make the complex crystal clear. Nicole is also Adjunct Professor at the National Drug Research Institute Curtin University; member of the Australian National Council on Alcohol and other Drugs; board member of Hello Sunday Morning and The Loop Australia; and Fellow of the Australian Association for Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy.

Professor Nicola Newton, Senior Associate (Prevention Programs)

Nicola is Director of Prevention at the Matilda Centre for Research in Mental Health and Substance Use at the University of Sydney. She leads an internationally renowned program of research in the prevention of substance use and mental health problems in adolescence. She has a focus on e-health to improve implementation and sustainability of interventions and developed the first web-based program to prevent substance use among adolescents and has extensive experience leading school-based clinical trials in Australia and the UK. She has developed a number of evidence based products for schools including OurFutures and The Illicit Project.

Paula Ross, Head of Workforce Development (Victorian office)

Paula leads our workforce development programs with key responsibility for developing and delivering our training, supervision and workforce policy development programs. She is also our families' expert. With her extensive experience in Counselling Psychology, she really understands how to bring the evidence into clinical practice, so participants get the skills they need to be more effective. She is highly sought after all around Australia for her training and supervision skills. Our clients love her combination of warmth and pragmatism. Paula is also a couselling psychologist in private practice.
