Our eLearning services enable organisations to embed learning sustainably. We provide bespoke eLearning to meet your workforce development needs. We are experts in instructional design and development of eLearning programs for adult learners. We develop eLearning courses for professionals and nonprofessionals at introduction through to advanced levels. This has included bespoke eLearning modules for:
- Staff orientation, including models of care, treatment approaches, and policy and procedures
- Train the trainer
- Evidence based treatment approaches in alcohol and other drugs and mental health treatment
- Fundamental alcohol and other drug knowledge for health and other sectors
- Staff wellbeing

Case study: The Salvation Army
Model of care eLearning modules
As part of a broader workforce development project, we developed five eLearning modules for The Salvation Army based on their national model of care. These modules were designed to make the model of care “come alive” by explaining key concepts and illustrating what these mean for staff in their day to day practice.
